Lightness of being

I had an interaction with this idea through my imagination that has become a part of me this past year. I have always resonated with the idea and imagery of the pheonix but the fire butterfly brings its own teachings. That involve setting down some of our baggage from the past. Traveling long distances with less to weigh you down. Bending and moving the body for more vibrancy. Becoming something new that is hard hold with our bare hands.
